MIS - Guideline To Create an Internet Access Request
I.
Internet Access Request
1. Internet Basic
Allow to access Internet with minimum internet resource to supply normal daily work such as Google search, News, online meeting, banking, education, laws, Trading, Travel, Dining, Auction, Real estate, … (e.g. Lazada.vn, thuvienphapluat.vn , vietcombank.com.vn, Zoom.us..)
2. Entertainment
Allow to access Internet include internet basic permission and entertainment content,…(e.g. imdb.com, fullphimz.net, giaitri.vn, )
3. HR
Allow to access Internet include internet basic permission and Job search, Social Networking (e.g. linkedin.com, careerbuilder.vn, ... )
4. Social Networking
Allow to access Internet Include internet basic permission and Social Networking,… (e.g. facebook.com, twitter.com ).
5. Music and Video
Allow to access Internet Include internet basic permission and Video and Music Streaming,… (e.g. mp3.zing.vn, youtube.com )
6. VIP
Allow to access Internet Include internet basic permission and Social Networking, Video & Music Streaming, Personal Email,…(e.g. mp3.zing.vn,youtube.com, facebook.com, mail.google.com)
III. How To Create Request
Use Google Chrome browser
1. Access to https://approve.mmvietnam.com
2. Click Sign In
Enter your user’s name and your password (use user and windows password) and click Sign In
3. Next step select Create Request and choice "Internet Request Access" and click New Request.
4. Enter Request Subject and click Confirm next step select Update and fill the information into Request Form such as: Location, Department, Request For, Title, Work Level, Duration, Start Date, End Date, Purpose, Request Access,....
and select Confirm.
5. Next step select Submit to finish.
